My father is catheterised and has had frequent skin problems due to age and falls. He always receives prompt, appropriate and caring treatment from all the district nurses who visit. They are supportive of all the family.

I have always been able to arrange a visit the same day I ring. During the consultation I am listened to and the questions asked are answered with detail but in an interested way. I have never been rushed and I have always been given the option to call again if the matter has not been resolve.
